“Psalm Adjeteyfio did not deserve our insults”- Master Richard
Mikki Osei Berko, a veteran actor, has spoken up about his final moments with late actor Psalm Adjeteyfio, who died on April 8, 2022, after a lengthy fight with diabetes and hypertension.
Berko, who co-starred with Psalm Adjeteyfio aka T.T in the hit TV series Taxi Driver in the 2000s, eulogized his former co-star during an interview on TV3’s Midday Live on Friday.
Psalm Adjeteyfio, according to Master Richard, revealed his predicaments with him, demonstrating that he was in desperate need of help from the public. Ghanaians, on the other hand, treated him with contempt.
Adjeteyfio, 74, died at his home in Ayikuma a few weeks after being diagnosed with end-stage heart failure. Ezra, his son, discovered him unconscious in his room.
Prior to his death, he was chastised by the public for persistently soliciting funding after receiving large sums of money totaling about GHS100,000.
Despite the response, Mikki stated he understood Adjeteyfio’s situation because he was aware of his health issues and needed assistance rather than rebuke.
Mikki Osei Berko, who is now a qualified coach, took advantage of the opportunity to ask for help for experienced actors, alleging that the majority of them are currently unemployed because local television stations are now broadcasting telenovelas.
