Popular Footballer Dies in Ukraine after a missile hit whiles he was recording a video live on social media
Dmytro Martynenko played football for FC Gostomel, a provincial club. The death of Dmytro and another football player, Vitalii Sapylo, symbolizes Ukraine’s first football loss in the ongoing Russia-Ukraine military situation.
The country and the world have been grieved by the recent news of their deaths. FC Gostomel’s Dmytro Martynenko was a football joogador (player).
The late jogador was a center-back for his squad, according to Transfermarkt.
He’s also a member of the Ukrainian national squad, having joined them in 2007.
A video of him being in the middle of missiles flying all over his head leaked online just before his death. Before he died, he recorded the scene on camera.
