Politics Can Kill Your Career – Maame Dokono To advises celebrities

Veteran actress, Grace Omaboe aka Maame Dokono has given a piece of advice to actors and actresses in the movie industry and that they shouldn’t show their political colors to the public if they want to stay relevant for so long in their careers.

According to her in an interview with Hitz FM, based on what happened to her career some time ago due to politics, she classifies it (politics) as a business that easily kills a career and those actors who want to reign for long should take her for her word.

she stressed that if one makes his or her political colors known publicly and the party goest to opposition, movie producers and managers will begin rejecting you for roles in movie scenes eventually leading to dead in Career.

“If the party you join loses, you will lose everything and then you will be sidelined by producers in the movie fraternity, and if you are in the movie industry, those doing movies will not use you because they will say people will not buy their product, they will avoid you,” said Maame Dokono

“They will say your time has passed. I think the money you will get from them is only when you are campaigning. I will advise young ones to be very careful and remain neutral. I did experience that. It’s just recently that they started using me.”
