Outside the labor office in Kumasi Amakom, a young woman was seen talking to herself for the past three hours and is said to have gone insane.
Ruth, a Witness posted photos and pleas for help on social media in an attempt to track down her family.
In a red top and a black and white skirt dress, the stunning lady is observed acting strangely on the street. She appears to be mentally ill and in need of medical assistance.
Items like a plastic ecolac travel bag, which contains some clothes and indicates that she was traveling to an unknown location, are found on her procession.
She also has a ruined cell phone with no sim card since she continues pounding on it. Also uncovered is Amofa Gladys’ voted I’d card which indicates she was born in 1999 and turned 23 barely two months ago.
