Nana Dope, Shatta Wale’s personal assistant, was arrested by police for his role in spreading rumors that the musician had been shot.

Nana Dope and another man named Gangee were arrested on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, less than 24 hours after they began the hoax that Sahtta had been shot.

Shatta Wale and another person named Deportee, according to a police statement, are on the run.
