Ghana’s Black Stars have arrived safely in the country after a disappointing performance at the ongoing African Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
The Ghana team was eliminated from the competition after losing 3-2 to the Comoros Islands in a high-scoring match on Tuesday.
Previously, the team lost to Morocco after conceding a late goal and then drew with Gabon.
The team touched down today at the Kotoka International Kotoka Airport in Accra following their shocking elimination from the competition.
However, some of the players who played in Europe did not return home with the team. According to reports, they will return to their respective clubs after leaving Cameroon.
