Dancehall artiste Shatta wale was pictured kneeling in front of the IGP and his minions, according to a picture making the rounds on social media.
The borjor hitmaker, who was offended by a behaviour, reportedly made a loud commotion in front of the Police Inspector, prompting him to be escorted out of the room.
Shatta was claimed to have returned to the room where the conference was taking place and knelt before the IGP to apologise for his behaviour.
