Recently, an explicit video that went viral in the national digital space depicted a Ghanaian pastor bathing female members of his church on the 31st of December, during the church’s Watch Night.
According to the captions that accompanied the video, the putative pastor had been spiritually ordered by God to bathe and cleanse the females of all dirt.
Following the harsh criticism from Ghanaians, the Pastor, who has revealed his true identity as Mensah Mark, has finally spoken out about the viral video.
When he was interviewed on the radio by one of the Accra-based radio station(s) about his real-life pastorship, he disclosed that he was actually only a character in a movie, an extract from which has gone viral on the internet. He also stated that he is not a pastor in real life.
As an extra point of clarification, he stated that he is a movie producer and director and not a pastor as many Ghanaians think him to be.
In addition, Mr Mark Mensah alias Pastor blinks warned Ghanaians not to take his viral video too seriously since it was not genuine and even the females in it weren’t naked in their underwear as was shown.
