James Sakala, the pastor of Sakala Zion Church in Zambia, has had an unusual encounter with his maker.
According to a Facebook news post, the man of God ordered his followers to bury him alive, claiming that he, like Jesus Christ, would rise after three days.
They buried him alive to show their reverence for the man of God and to demonstrate their obedience.
After three days, however, members of the church proceeded to the spot where he had been buried to dig him up. However, they were disappointed to discover Pastor James Sakala’s body.
