If you are a gospel musician it doesn’t mean you will go straight to heaven – Opanka
Renowned Ghanaian rapper Opanka has stated it clearly that being a gospel musician doesn’t mean you go to heaven.
According to the rapper in an interview on Hitz FM being a gospel musician doesn’t mean you go to heaven while a secular artist will go to hell.
During the interview on Thursday Opanka said:
“Being a gospel musician doesn’t mean you will go to heaven, and, I, the secular artistes would go to hell”
The ‘Wedding Car’ hitmaker further stated that being a gospel artist doesn’t mean you are perfect since most gospel musicians do bad things than secular artists.
“Some gospel musicians do bad things than us the secular artistes,” He said.
Opanka made this assertion in a reaction to the recent debate surrounding collaborations between gospel artists and secular artists.
He further added that there is nothing wrong with the gospel at his collaborating with secular musicians.
“It is good for gospel musicians to collaborate with secular artistes” He added.
