Obaapa Christy releases photos of her son on social media as the little boy turns 1 year old (photos)
Born Christiana Twene, formerly known as Christiana Love, was married to one of Ghana’s most famous pastors, Pastor Love, and divorced him. She is a Ghanaian Gospel musician, songwriter, and backing vocalist who is currently known in showbiz circles as Obaapa Christy.
Obaapa Christy was born into a family of nine siblings in Kumasi, Ghana’s garden city in the Ashanti Region. At the 2007 Ghana Music Awards, the mati Ase hitmaker received the Gospel Artiste of the Year and Song of the Year awards. His Excellency John Agyeakum Koffuor bestowed upon her a national honor.
She has been nominated and awarded numerous times in Ghana and the United Kingdom. She recently released a new single titled “The Glory in 2021,” which is doing well in Ghana’s music industry. Obaapa Christy celebrated her last king’s one-year birthday today on her social media page with cute pictures of herself and her last born.
