Following the striking resemblance of their daughter Island Frimpong, rapper Medikal and his actress wife Fella Makafui would have no reason to undergo DNA testing.
Fans believe the little girl has so closely resembled her mother and father that there is no room for doubt.
Island Frimpong was born in March 2020, shortly after Medikal and Fella Makafui married.
The little girl has already grown into a lovely damsel.
