A viral video shows a man being apprehended after stealing “wele” from a shop in Kwahu West Municipality’s Agbogbloshie market.
Unfortunate for the thief, he was apprehended by the meat’s owner just as he was about to flee with it.
As reported, the young man, who is 28 years old, has a history of stealing from people in the market, but he was unlucky this time when he was apprehended while committing his act of theft.
After he was caught and forced to parade in town with the wele he stole, the young man in the video was beaten by the people who gathered around him.
