In the video, Shatta Bandle can be seen practicing military actions like saluting and matching. He claims to be heading to Ukraine to join the fight.
His suit and helmet were perfect for him. “This is Commander Shatta Bandle a a a a a a a a Afghanistan.” he says in the video. When he tried to pay attention, he almost fell down.
