Dennis Nana Dwamena, better known as KiDi, has been featured in a negative headline for the first time in his career after a video of him went viral.
KiDi, a Lynx Entertainment signed musician, was seen heavily smoking a substance believed to be Indian hemp in the video (weed).
After the video surfaced, some online critics labeled the ladies’ man, who is beloved by many in the country, as a rude boy.
The song playing in the video’s background gave viewers every reason to believe the singer was high.
Some internet users have expressed dissatisfaction with the viral video. Others claimed the singer was influenced by his brief visit to Jamaica.
KiDi recently released a song titled “Blessing” with Jamaican dancehall icon Movado.
