MzVee makes history as she becomes the first Ghanaian musician to perform on Grammy’s ‘Press Play’

MzVee is the first Ghanaian artist to be featured on the Grammys’ ‘Press Play at Home” platform.

The Ghanaian R&B artist used her appearance on Press Play At Home as an excuse to dress up.

MzVee sings a lovely rendition of “Coming Home,” her 2021 song with Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage, dressed in a leather dress and silver hoops.

What adds to the allure of a good vocal performance? Of course, there are twinkling lights.

MzVee chose a complete backdrop of globe lights for her Press Play At the Home performance, which sparkled while she sang her song “Coming Home.”

The Ghanian singer wore an off-shoulder leather dress and sparkly silver hoop earrings, which matched the backdrop perfectly.

Oh mama, oh mama/ Am coming home, am coming home/ Tell papa, tell papa/ Am coming home, am coming home,” MzVee sings in the song’s jubilant chorus.

Coming Home,” one of MzVee’s five tunes released in 2021, features another African talent, Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage.

MzVee performed the song alone for Press Play At Home, but she and Savage collaborated on the actual music video, which debuted in October.
