Following McBrown’s resignation, media personality Gloria Akpene Nyarku-Acquah, also known as MzGee, has taken over the United Showbiz program.
The popular United Showbiz Show is currently hosted by MzGee, a former employee of TV3 and the 3Music Network, while Nana Ama McBrown takes on a new challenge at Media General’s Onua TV.
In the midst of the online debate surrounding the relocation, rumored juicy salary information for MzGee has surfaced.
It appears that MzGee is receiving a staggering GHC 500,000 per month.
She reportedly also received a V8 car as a gift when she started working with Despite Media Group on UTV, which is on top of everything else.
Controversial Instagram blogger Those Called Celebs responded to the rumor by pointing out that GHC 500,000 is actually a pittance for Fadda Dickson and the proprietors of Despite Media Group.
She continued by refuting claims that McBrown requested a pay raise but was turned down for it.
