Gilbert Aggrey, also known as “Abeiku Santana,” is a well-known radio and television personality from Ghana. He recently received a second master’s degree in marketing strategy from the University of Ghana Business School.

As a recent graduate, he took the chance to thank his wife, Genevieve Benyiwah Aggrey, for covering all of his expenses, including his school admission paperwork.
He recalled how she would set the alarm and wake him up to study when he was in school. He bragged that he had more Master’s degrees than she did, but he added that he couldn’t have done it without her.
Abeiku Santana maintained his trajectory of forming a keen interest in the hospitality industry and its dynamic nature while pursuing his studies at the UGBS. He conducted a study that received a lot of attention on service quality and hotel performance following COVID-19.
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, his research sought to examine how service quality affects hotel performance, a crucial issue in the hospitality sector.
Abeiku Santana has a master’s degree in marketing strategy from the University of Ghana Business School, as well as a postgraduate diploma in public administration from GIMPA and a master’s degree in tourism and hospitality management from the University of Cape Coast.
