My Mother And I Chewed Her Heart – Man Reveals How They Sacrificed His Girlfriend For Money Rituals
Owolabi Adeeko, one of the suspects arrested for the murder of his 22-year-old former girlfriend and a final-year Theater Arts student at Lagos State University, Favor Daley- Oladele, has shared bloody details of the heinous crime.
According to the ex-student, Favor’s throat was cut by their pastor associate, Segun Phillip, before her body was opened up to remove her heart.
Owolabi claimed that he and his mother ate her heart as part of a lucrative ritual.
The Ogun State Police PRO, Abayami Oyeyemi, described how the suspects were apprehended and arrested after break analysts from the Mowe division were dispatched to observe the student who had gone missing.
“When the self-proclaimed pastor arrived at the church, he was promptly arrested, but he was quick to inform the detectives that the girl was brought to him by her boyfriend, Adeeko Owolabi, who was still in the vicinity of the church. The alleged boyfriend was quickly tracked down and apprehended.”
” He confessed to the police that the deceased was his girlfriend and that he lured her to Ikoyi-Ile where he perfected plans with the so-called pastor Segun Philip to use her for money-making ritual.”
While the girl was sleeping, the pastor gave him a pestle, which he used to smash the girl’s head, and the pastor quickly used a knife to cut off her neck, rip open her chest, and remove her heart, which he used to make a concoction for him and his mother to eat.”
“When asked what pushed him to such a devilish act, Owolabi explained that he decided to go into money ritual because things were not going well with his parents economically, especially his mother, who used to be the breadwinner of the family; and when he sought assistance from the pastor, he was asked to bring a human being for that purpose, and the only person available at the time was his girlfriend.”
