Asantewaa was named after her grandmother, Akua Asantewaa. The stunning TikTok star was born on June 1, 1994, in Accra but is originally from Akrokerri, near Obuasi in Ghana’s Ashanti Region.
Asantewaa is a popular Ghanaian TikTok star who has received a TikTok award for TikTok Queen of the Year social media entertainment, which has led to increased recognition and ambassadorial opportunities for her.
In an interview with Delay, Asantewaa was asked if she hears rumors about her dressing despite being a married woman.
Asantewaa stated that her husband has no objections to the way she dresses and that she has no plans to change her appearance.
She also replied, “When people comment on my attire, I am perplexed because I am aware that there is no such thing as a married woman’s attire. True, I have received a number of derogatory comments from Ghanaians. I am a young lady. Ghana is very hot, and I prefer to be comfortable rather than please others. For my husband, I dress s*xy. He enjoys it.
The TikTok Queen is a 27-year-old actress, professional nurse, brand influencer, and entrepreneur. It’s no secret that Asantewaa married at a young age. At the age of 23, she married in a beautiful traditional ceremony. She married her husband, Jeffrey Obiri Boahen, in 2017.
Many people believe Asantewaa is the daughter of Ghanaian actor Seth Kwabena Kyere Karikari, better known as Koo Ofori in the Efie Wura TV series.
That, however, is not the case, as she revealed that her parents were married when her mother died when she was only ten years old. And her biological father abandoned her when she needed him the most. Her father, who had just returned from Holland, had failed to pay her GHC400 Senior High School admission.
Asantewaa has ignored her father and is now portraying Ghanaian actor Koo Fori as her father. Koo Fori is the only person she knows and recognizes as her father, according to her.
