"My girlfriend donated her kidney to save me, but I no longer love her, what should I do"- Man seeks advice on social media

A man has approached the internet community for advice after he fell out of love with his partner, despite the tremendous assistance she provided him previously.

His partner loved him so much that she once donated her kidney to rescue him when he had renal disease, according to a Facebook post he made.

He currently claims he has no feelings for the young lady but is unsure how to proceed, which is why he is seeking advice on what to do next without hurting her.
