Ghanaian style icon, KKD, has responded to the constant criticism he and his gay son receive on social media. During a political talk show appearance on XYZ TV, KKD addressed the controversy surrounding his son, Kwaku Darkwah Kyei-Darkwah, who is a leader in the LGBTQ movement in the UK.
KKD emphasized that parents are guides for their children and cannot mold them like engineers. He pointed out that his son is successful and has worked with top brands and been interviewed by publications like Newsweek.
KKD stated that his son’s achievements and comfort in London outweigh any negative comments on social media.
