In an interview, Attaa Saffowa, a mother of eight, describes how she helped a friend by allowing her to reside in their home, but she later fell in love with her husband.
. According to the woman, she dated her husband for 16 years before marrying him, and they had eight children.
Attaa stated that she went to the market one day to sell her cassava when she met a woman named Ama, who also sells cassava, and they became friends.
Ama begged her to let her stay with her at their home because she didn’t have a place to stay. When Attaa went to tell her husband about what her friend had told her, he decided to let Ama stay with them as well.
Everything was done in collaboration with her buddy, and she even assisted her in marketing their farm products.
Months later, she learned that Ama is having an affair with her husband, although Isaac denied this. A few weeks later, her panties went missing in her room; she sought assistance from a mallam, who informed her that Ama had given the underwear to a fetish priest in order to end her marriage.
When she returned home, she told her twin sister what the mallam had told her, but her eldest kid overheard their conversation and ran to tell Isaac.
