A female pastor has provided a scholarship to a 12-year-old Muslim girl so that she can finish her secondary school studies.
One of the scholarships given out by Prophetess Rose Kelvin, the founder of the Prophetess Rose Kelvin Ministry, is to a 12-year-old Muslim girl named Latifat. Mummy Rose, a loving pastor who is well-known in the community, was alleged to have been on the lookout for domestic help when she came upon the young lady.
Latifat, who was born into a family of five, has resorted to performing housework in order to assist her mother, who has been begging for alms since her husband abandoned them two years ago.
Latifat was awarded a scholarship worth N300,000 by Prophetess Rose in order to assist the young lady in completing her secondary school studies.
Photos posted on the prophetess’ official Facebook page show Mrs. Hawau, the mother of Latifat, knelt in tears at the church to express gratitude to the friendly pastor. When Rose wrapped her arms around the crying Muslim mother and her child, she could be heard sobbing softly.
