MTN has introduced a new policy that will make sure that users of their Mobile money service will be protected from fraudsters.
In a short statement, the telecommunication Gaint revealed that customers will be required to use their ID cards in other to redraw funds from their wallets.
“From 1st February you must go to any MOMO Agent with your ID card for your Cash out transactions. We are in the policy of #No ID card, #No Cash out. Let’s all help this format to fight and identify the fraudsters” The said.
