“Most of Ghanaian celebrities have no properties yet they fake their lifestyles”- Adu Safowaa

Adu Sarfowaa, a Ghanaian actress turned Instagram critic, has encouraged young people not to idolize some of the country’s media icons.

It is common for young people in Ghana to cite public celebrities as role models and mentors.

They listen to every word these people say and, in some circumstances, idolize them.

Actress Adu Sarfowaa has carefully observed the trend and concluded that the majority of these idols, particularly those in the media landscape, fabricate their lives in order to appear attractive in public.

Most of these media personalities, according to Adu Sarfowaa, merely know how to brag and have no property registered in their names.

She went on to say that some people beg for food but then sit in front of the TV or radio pretending everything is well in their lives.
