In an interview with Ameyaw Debrah, the YouTuber with 772K subscribers and 76 million views on her 299 videos revealed the most frequently asked question in her online community.

In an interview with Ameyaw Debrah, the YouTuber with 772K subscribers and 76 million views on her 299 videos revealed the most frequently asked question in her online community.
In response to a question from AmeyawTV, the vlogger from the United States stated:
“Some of the ladies, particularly in Ghana, struggle with tomato sauce.” Ghanaians eat a lot of tomatoes because tomatoes are used in almost everything we cook.
However, the tomatoes can be sour at times, making it difficult for some of our Ghanaian young ladies to be confident in themselves. ‘I watched Sweet Adjeley and did everything she said, but the stew is still sour,’ I usually get.”
Sweet Adjeley offered a solution/cooking hack to the problem:
“I want them to know that it’s not their fault and that most of the time it’s the sourness of the fresh tomato, not anything they did wrong.”
You can correct this by incorporating a small amount of baking soda or kanwe into the tomato stew; a small amount goes a long way.”
