Most uring the funeral service of Obi Cubana’s mother, Ezinne Iyiegbu, a video showing Eze Uzu Ichida pouring money on a reverend father in Oba, Anambra State, has gone viral on social media.
The just-finished funeral ritual was the buzz of the town, with Nigerian ‘great men’ displaying their wealth.
Many people on social media could not stop talking about the late Iyiegbu’s funeral ritual, which transformed into a life celebration.
The traditionalist showered the priest with notes while Igbo music blared from speakers in a video uploaded by musician and social media personality Tunde Ednut.
Following Eze Ichida’s display of affection, the priest was moved by the gesture and chose to bless the traditionalist by making the sign of the cross on him.
