Josephine Mantey, a former Di Asa candidate who weighs 215kg, claimed that most men prefer plus-size women over skinny ladies but frequently hide it.
In an interview with SVTV Africa, Josephine stated that when she goes out with friends, males approach her more than her slim friends. As a result, she has decided to remain a plus-size lady and will not reduce weight, as many have urged.
“People frequently believe that guys have difficulties with plus-size women, but I’ve discovered that men like us.” I occasionally go out with a slim friend to approximately four different locations. The big men in huge cars would rather come to propose to me, but not even two men would talk to her.”
“How come people assume men don’t prefer us?” I believe guys conceal it due to the negative view of plus-size women. “Some people are proud of their plus-size females, so they flaunt them off,” she told DJ Nyaami, the event’s host.
Josephine also stated that she is confident with her figure and has not considered decreasing weight. She claims to be in good health and to engage in a lot of exercise.
