Meet Samuel Asante, the JHS2 boy who has made an electric incubator that hatches chicks – Photos
Samuel Asante, a brilliant Form 2 student at the Nkwatia Methodist Junior High School (JHS) in the Kwahu East District of the Eastern Region, has constructed an electric incubator out of locally sourced materials.
Asante’s electric apparatus had successfully hatched young chicks in a box, according to images posted on the Facebook page of the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) chairman, Ernest Sampong.
Empty egg crates were put on a wire mesh within the little incubator, which also included a light bulb.
Ernest Sampong, speaking in an interview with Bestshowbiz.com, said that Asante will go to Koforidua, in the Eastern Region, on Friday, May 28, to showcase his art.
People on social media have reacted positively to the spectacular photographs of Asante’s locally built electric incubator.
