According to reports, Accra Academy’s administration has admitted a Rastafarian as a student.
A photo circulated on social media shows a Rasta student with full dreadlocks wearing the Accra Academy uniform, who is said to be Lord Nii Amu Qyaye.
The decision of Accra Academy to accept students with dreadlocks contrasts with the rejection of such students by the Achimota School.
In a post spotted by Bestshowbiz.com on an Instagram page that appears to belong to Accra Academy with the name Bleoofficial, photos of one of its students with dreadlocks were shared. The post is as follows:
