Hottenham FC of Nigeria has signed a young and hardworking Abdulhamid Sabo for a meager 31 Ghana cedis.
Hottenham Football Club, headquartered in northern Nigeria, recruited Abdulhamid Sabo for a fee of two thousand Naira.
The club competes in Jigawa State’s Babura Local Government Football Association League.
Aliyu Eloquent confirmed the deal on his Facebook page, writing, “Officially, ABDULHAMID SABO (ABUT) join AREWA UNITED from HOTTENHAM.” The fees are (N2000). “The transaction has been completed.”
Meanwhile, Nigerians have reacted positively to the agreement, calling it a ‘wonderful bargain.’ While some hailed the agreement as a positive step forward, others questioned the transfer cost.
