The man waits until his wedding day to tell his bride that he has no legs.
She is the woman. This was the reaction of Ndayisenga when his bride-to-be agreed to their wedding, despite a last-minute confession he made at the altar.
Ndayisenga waited years to tell his bride that he is physically challenged, specifically that he has no legs.
He told Afrimax TV that his wife, Deborah, was shocked to the core, but she went ahead with the wedding after assuring him that they would work things out.
Prior to that, Ndayisenga and Deborah had been dating for two years, and she had no idea about his situation because they were never intimate, in order to keep themselves pure until marriage.
Ndayisenga explained how he became disabled, saying he was amputated below the knee after being a victim of a bomb explosion.
He revealed that many people in his village bullied him because of his condition and that many told him that no woman would ever accept him as a husband.
He, on the other hand, knew Deborah was the one the moment they met for the first time at a singing competition.
Due to his fear of rejection, he was unable to tell her that his legs had been amputated while they were dating.
During the interview, Deborah stated that Ndayisenga is the best husband and that she will always be by his side.
She also promised to make sure he forgot about his childhood trauma and the constant bullying he endured.
They’ve been married for eight months and insist that it’s the best thing that has ever happened to them.
