The wife of a businessman in Nigeria is threatening to kill his maid after the housegirl kidnapped the businessman’s wife and fled with him.

According to reports, the man is said to have married his housekeeper because his wife ‘frequently travels throughout the country and has little time to care for him and their children.’

According to additional reports, the wife has threatened the man with fire and brimstone over the marriage, but the man maintains that he did nothing wrong because Islam allows for more than one wife.

The man and his new wife have made a pact that they will not separate regardless of the circumstances that arise.
