A Nigerian man’s patience in pursuing the woman of his heart was rewarded, and it concluded on a pleasant note.
The man who goes by the X handle @muhddoguru married the woman he met on the microblogging network and had been pursuing for months.
According to his chats, the guy began wooing the lady in January 2021 by telling her he would be very honored if she answered his message. Despite the lady’s response, they were mainly monosyllables.
He took a more risky approach in February 2021, but his messages were ignored until July 2021.
Their conversation progressed from there, culminating in their marriage.
The man used social media to broadcast their conversation as well as a photo of himself and his wife, stating that he had finished half of his deen.
“How it all began—that’s how it is right now. Alhamdulillah, I’ve finished half of my deen!!”
