A man donated his kidney to his girlfriend’s mother, but a month later the girlfriend married someone else.
Uziel Martnez, a Mexican teacher, documented his ordeal in a series of recordings.
The TikTok user from Baja California, Mexico, described how he gave his kidney to his old girlfriend’s mother.
His girlfriend dumped him soon after and married someone else within a month of their breakup.
Martinez’s video has now gone viral, with many people sympathizing with him.
In response to the letters of encouragement he got, he informed everyone that he is doing OK, both psychologically and physically. He also stated that he is doing well after a kidney transplant.
Despite the grief, he stated that he has no resentment against his ex-girlfriend.
“I don’t have anything against her… we’re not friends, but we don’t dislike each other,” he told Mexico Daily News. I merely made the video for TikTok, and I didn’t expect it to go viral.”
