Madam Lydia Alhassan after winning and retaining her seat as the member of parliament for Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency has heaped praises on her competitor John Dumelo.
Speaking on TV3, the incumbent/ MP-elect under the ticket of the NPP praised Dumelo of the NDC for putting up a very good despite his little experience in politics.
According to Maa Lydia, John Dumelo is a very mature individual concerning his good conduct throughout the election process which helped in ensuring a Free and Fair election in Ayawaso West Wuogon.
Madam Lydia Alhassan managed to pull a total of 39,732 of the vote cast (51.20%) with John Dumelo closely behind with a total of 37, 595 (48.46%).
