Artist, musician, actor, and comedian from Ghana, Kwadwo Nkansah nicknamed Lilwin has married his American Baby Mama in a private ceremony.

The wedding ceremony, which took place today in Jamasi, a popular Kumasi town, was exclusive, with only a few guests in attendance.
