“Let us all give back the money we stole from the poor” – Nigerian Politician comes to his senses.
Dino Melaye, a former politician, has asked Nigerian politicians to follow in the footsteps of the biblical Zacchaeus and return stolen cash to the needy.
The politician made reference to Zacchaeus’ act of repentance, in which he returned the money that had been taken from the people by force and without their consent.
When Dino Melaye took to his official Twitter account, he named himself among the politicians who should be held accountable for their unethical practices.
His writings were as follows:
