A Nigerian lady who was given N2.5 million by her partner in 2021 for responding “YES” to his marriage proposal has allegedly married.
The young girl has married conventionally, but it is not to the same guy who proposed to her in 2021, according to reports.
The entrepreneur, known on Instagram as @swiss_scarlet, made waves two years ago when she posted a video of the surprise marriage proposal online.
Netizens were more intrigued by her man’s N2.5 million cash present, which he said was her gratitude for staying with him and accepting his proposal.
She, on the other hand, did not reveal his identify at the time and merely showed off herself in the video.
In a fresh twist, the young girl has married, but not to the same guy who proposed to him earlier.
She came to Instagram to post images from the wedding ceremony, and she praised her spouse, whom she referred to as her soulmate, for his encouragement and support.
She captioned the photos,
“Our story is sweet and a miraculous one which I always thank God for putting me through it .when we met each other we knew that we are meant to be, our feelings for each other kept growing stronger everyday our love blossomed and our happiness multiplied . we became each other’s backbone and the love we shared was impregnable.
My husband is my number one source of strength and encouragement, he always empowers with his words and constantly tells me he believes in me. His my everything and being who I am today is all thanks to him. His unending support and love is top notch. I most times call him My Strong Hero cos his really strong indeed in all ramification,his unshakable faith gives me glow from within.
