Asesewa is an Ibadan-based woman who oversees this group and also serves as the thrift collector.
When it was time to distribute the funds to the contributors, she vanished with the money.
With millions of Naira, Adesewa abandoned them without even returning their calls.
Finally, her luck ran out when the contributors were able to locate her at her hiding place.
One of the contributors revealed that Adesewa utilized their millions of Naira to improve her life and even purchased a new iPhone 13 in a now-viral voice message.
