Lady in the UK jubilates after getting a 10-year US visa without providing any documents – Video
A Ghanaian woman has resorted to social media to celebrate after receiving a 10-year visa to the United States in less than 48 hours.
Lois, the lady, sought a visa to the United States but neglected to provide the necessary paperwork to support her application.
She received a confirmation within 48 hours that her visa had been approved, and when she went to the embassy to pick up her passport, she discovered she had been granted a 10-year visa to the United States.
Looking stunned, she notified the officials that she had not provided the accompanying documentation for her visa application but was told that it was not required.
She remarked in a video clip that she was shocked at how quickly her visa was accepted without the necessary documentation.
She stated that if the application had been submitted in another country, it could have taken weeks or months to be processed.
Lois indicated that she might have gotten lucky because she was in the UK and applied for a visa there.
She was quick to agree, though, that poverty was a negative thing and that things would not have been possible if she didn’t have money.
