Lady arrested for sleeping with a 13-Year-Old Boy , she claims she had no idea the boy was that young.

Precious Teya, a 26-year-old sex worker who had carnal knowledge of a juvenile boy as young as 13 years old, claimed a local court she had no notion the child was a minor.

According to Within Nigeria, where we first saw this article, the sex worker who was charged with indecent assault said that due to his stature and conduct, she had no way of knowing that her alleged victim, whom she met on an adult dating site, was just 13 years old.

Moses Nyatsoma, her lawyer, said that the prosecution had failed to offer conclusive evidence of the boy’s age.

Despite being asked, the prosecution has refused to furnish the defense with the boy’s birth certificate, which proves his age, according to Nyatsoma.

According to Zimlive, the lawyer stated:

“We have a school-aged youngster who has a secret phone that no one knows about. He enticed the female, a 26-year-old, for sex, of course. The child is said to be 13 years old, but we haven’t seen any proof of this.

“We requested his birth certificate, but we have yet to receive it. So far as the complainant’s age is concerned, we are unsure.”

Nyatsoma went on to say;

“You couldn’t tell by looking at the child’s stature, his height, or the way he’s built that he’s 13, and there was no way my client could believe he was a kid.”

“If you look at his own behavior, which included going on a dating site, hiring a sex worker, paying for the taxi, waiting outside the gate, entertaining the sex worker inside the house, and whatever else happened… it is not consistent with a 13-year-old.” We will not recognize his age in the absence of proof.”
