Lady accepts a public proposal from her boyfriend and returns his ring to him in private to avoid embarrassment (video)
Just a day after agreeing to marry him, a young Nigerian woman returned the engagement ring he used to propose.
A series of viral videos showed her man proposing marriage to her on Sunday and her calmly returning the ring in private on Monday.
In the first video, the man was seen on his knees, asking for her hand in marriage in front of their close friends, who were pleading with her to say yes.
She eventually accepted her boyfriend’s proposal, and he placed the engagement ring on her finger in front of their friends.
However, just 24 hours later, while they were in the house, the lady quietly returned the ring to him.
