On the 28th of December 2021, Emmanuel Arthur Danson, better known by his stage name Kwesi Arthur, performed in Kumasi, Obuasi, Ghana.
He arrived in Obuasi Zongo with his crew and management but was prevented from continuing his voyage by the youth of the town.
They were pleading with him to step out of his car and welcome the town ruler, whom they named as Detz, or, better yet, to reveal his face via the sunroof.
At first, Kwesi refused, but after seeing how enraged the youth of Obuasi had become, he saw the need to do all he could to promote peace and allow his program to go live.
