Kwaku Manu, a popular actor and YouTuber, visited the home of an ex-convict named Dinda on May 18th, 2023 to give him some funds. However, he was shocked to learn that Dinda had died.
During an interview with Patrick Donkor, a friend of Dinda and also an ex-convict, Kwaku Manu asked about Dinda’s whereabouts. Patrick informed him that Dinda had passed away and that he should check the mortuary.
Kwaku Manu was confused and shocked by the news. He repeatedly asked Patrick if he was sure he had the right person, but Patrick confirmed that he did.
Patrick explained that there is a schedule for when people are expected to arrive at the compound house where he and Dinda lived. Dinda was known for being predictable and always reporting according to the schedule. If he didn’t return by a certain time, it was assumed that he had been arrested or killed.
Kwaku Manu gave Patrick GH¢300 to use for Dinda’s funeral, provided there was confirmation of his death.
This story highlights the importance of being aware of our surroundings and having a routine. While routines can be helpful, it’s also important to be flexible and adaptable. We never know what might happen, and it’s important to be prepared for the unexpected.
