Recently, some Ghanaians on the internet have been criticizing Kwabena Kwabena, a veteran Highlife legend, for dressing like a woman at the VGMAs.
Many people are upset because they believe that Kwabena Kwabena is showing support for the LGBTQ community by dressing like a woman. Some people in Ghana do not support the LGBTQ community, so they are unhappy with Kwabena Kwabena’s actions.
In a video that has gone viral, Kwabena Kwabena can be seen wearing a feminine dress, with his nails painted and two earrings on both ears.
Kwabena Kwabena has not confirmed or denied the reports that he has joined the LGBTQ community. Until he does, he is still referred to as a “he.”
