Kuami Eugene, a highlife musician, surprised Hitz FM host Dr Pounds when he married on Saturday, May 22, 2021.
Dr. Pounds, also known as Maximous Mensah in private life, married his fiancee in a stunning wedding ceremony.
Many Ghanaian celebrities attended the wedding, which took place in the Central Regional Capital of Cape Coast.
However, Eugene, the current VGMA Artiste of the Year, was not visible in any of the early wedding recordings.
The wedding guests, as well as Dr. Pounds and his wife, were taken aback when the Dollar On You singer appeared out of nowhere to play.
Dr Pounds was seen walking hand-in-hand from a space into the compound in a video obtained by Arenagh.com.
Kuami Eugene took the microphone, walked over to the pair, and began singing Kwani Kwani Remix, a Tic Tac song on which he appeared.
As he got closer to Dr. Pounds and his wife, the two started dancing, with members of the bridal train, groomsmen, and other wedding guests joining them on the dance floor.
Some people poured cedis notes on the pair as they danced.
