The presenter is said to have been on his way home from the DAMAX estate in Kuntunse, which is a suburb of Accra, when he was approached by the individuals who are believed to be the robbers.
They were on a motorcycle when they attacked him.
The unidentified criminals initially cut the journalist with a sharp object, and then they attempted to set him ablaze.
The journalist is currently in hospital receiving treatment.
The news is really upsetting, yet we give thanks to God because he is still with us.
