According to reports, Hon Kennedy Agyapong of the NPP and Assin Central has launched a lawsuit against Ghanaian journalist Kevin Taylor, who is located in the United States.
As a result, Kennedy Agyapong has sued Kelvin Ekow Taylor in Virginia State Court for defamation and $15 million in damages.
Kelvin Taylor, CEO of Loudsilence Media, has disclosed facts about Kennedy Agyapong’s health. As a result of the surgical operation, Kennedy Agyapong has a scar on his head, according to Kelvin.
According to Kelvin Taylor, Kennedy Agyapong suffered a small stroke and had to fly to America for emergency brain surgery. This comes after claims that the member of parliament had a stroke.
Hopeson Adorye made this critical information public, adding that according to US Civil Procedure regulations, Kelvin Taylor has 21 days to respond to the lawsuit.
